woot another day of drama... the outram shooting just sound so exaggeratted. i have nothing against the news but try reading the newpaper. it's really corny. there's no evidence no nothing and hence they got a 'witness' to cover the truth. I think that

Witness + Noob Police = Hong Kong Drama

If i'm not wrong, SG police have already purchased Tasers and some of them are carrying. I think that's a better substitue for real guns since misfiring wouldn't cause any innocent casualties as compared to firing a gun when that guy is charging at you within 3m. What the news have failed to cover or the police failed to disclose is.... how long is the knife actually? though EJ told me about the ROE (rules of engagement) whereby an officer could fire shots if he feels that lives are at stack but isn't the attacker a life too? and what the hell did they learn self defence of disarming techniques for?

the whole situation went out of hand coz of an inexperience cop... or maybe someone who couldn't judge the situation well..

maybe the cop watched too much drama and tried to act hero
