sometimes, it scares me to think about the ability of the teachers in government school to teach. no. i have to state that i have nothing against government schools. it's just the teachers

have been tutoring for about 3 weeks and what i realise from my students thet none of them actually understands what they are learning so far. maybe that's why they are being sent for tuition. however, when prompted obviously, they actually know the answer! hence, what could be the only possibilities are they are being fed with information without actually understanding them, or they are being forced to just memorise those terms. i guess that's how people just grow up to just accept things without even thinking about it.

also, i think i'm pretty glad to be studying in RP; browsed through a student's work just a moment ago and she actually got the correct answer. however, she was given a cross instead of a tick just because the answer wasn't what the teacher had.

damn. i think the education system needs some reform.
