just when i thought there was some improvement, the race was actually only 3.6km long.
and yet today, i gave up. when all i had to do was to run 2 more rounds...
and i ended up losing to someone i shouldn't have lost to
i guess that reflects pretty much on how bad i want it...
the conditions are wrong too
insufficient sleep
malnutrition
i need to condition my physical status first...
