so.. today... went to sch first for GO... fark.. 1st hr to feed mozzie.. coz tt stupid captain over slpt.. -_-" in the end get to play 1hr only.. tried new way of play... not bad.. 123mu. actually can hab more de... but i careless.. agianst YLS.. haix... then canteen close.. so brought 2 share of kaya bread.. sheesh.. i had tt for breakfast le.. then 1 choc bar and 1 choc bis..yeah.. that's lunch...then go down SMU for training... wa lao SMU ppl training.. see liao demoralised... then no one turn up except me, ham and zacki.. stupid perv... see la.. go chalet then dun come..cb.. coach ask me to sprint 200 lor.. shag la... zacki sprint 200,300 and ham train sprinting 100..lol... then i opted out for ivp... he put me under 400, 4x100,4x400... siao la.... my standard how to run.. now another commitment.. argh! when am i gonna have time to do other things?!?!? coz i promise him that though i opted out for this season of IVP, i'll show him the results within 1 yr... so next yr IVP die die i also hab to enter ZzZ...
