although it sounds wrong. i means it IS wrong. but it's still hilarious especially when one hokkien officer is scolding his hokkien peng... what happened was that i was the neutral for his IPPT and this soldier. he can't jump for nuts..so that officer, in his terms, would just mean that he didn't use any strength when jumping..

i think what many people say is correct: karma bits you right back in the arse when you least expected. the sports medicine auntie told me that my petallar tendon is suffering from moderate injury and requires physio.. will take about 6 months to require. to think i still use to laugh at those with knee injury and accuse them of chao keng, which i insist, is partially true.. nonetheless, being an officer, i must be a role model (ok, that's just plain bullshit). i just refuse to get a status and be excused for anything. imagine the MO excuse me from a month of running! all the blubber will just sink to my waist -_-

did a 30.49 for the 6km run. everyone was like 'wa. you very fast hor'. knn.. they never really know whats fast. 30min for a 6km is like a normal human pace. you don't really have to train to hit the timing but just enough will power to keep moving your foot in front of the other at a constant and consistent pace.

and i guess how usually runners, start out as runners but eventually end up in triathlons. cause when they run, their knee hurts so they'll cycle to maintain the VO2 max as well as muscle endurance. but as they go, the pain gets more intense and they started swimming, which is a less impact sport.... hence they subconsciously prepared for the race..
