ran 12k yesterday for track training
finally went to the 4km mark, the 'top' of the hill
first time, and it felt good
i gave up before reaching there the previous two times
played bball today,
only time to play with/again ZX
wahhahaha
now i know why i'm always clapping and cheering for people when they did some fantastic move,
it was because i couldn't do it
and they seem difficult to perform..

i know why i can't do it
it's because i'm weak...
physically
did some moves i never imagin i would do
it felt good too
ok.. that's all
gotta rest
have to run 15km for tomorrow's track training ><
